For some time now, I have been wanting to extend my property holdings in the Blenheim / Renwick area, but because of my being in Australia found it hard to start the process, so I sent an email to First National stating that I was interested in buying another property and the specifications that I would like the property to have. My request was passed on to Vicky Wiblin who took the request by the horns, and within a week I had received a valuation on my existing property and the introduction to the property that had all the specifications I had stated, which is the one I eventually purchased. On the day of settlement, Vicky Wiblin was at another property, and realised that it had all the specifications I had stated, so Vicky mentioned it to me, and after getting the OK from the bank manager, I let Vicky know that I’m after it. The rest is history, however I got exactly what I was after and I didn’t have to make any compromises, two fold. But that’s not all, Vicky has helped me in ways that are in my belief, over and above what was required of her. She has contacted my Solicitor, Bank Manager, and Insurance people on my behalf which insured all the requirements for the purchases were met, and that settlement was reached. So to all the team and First National who helped me with my purchases at 18 Willis Place and 33 Uxbridge Street in Renwick, I thank you for your professionalism, friendliness and willingness to do that little bit more to help me achieve my goal.

Vicky met with us on a public holiday to work in with us and our time constraints. We visited several properties with Vicky and some others independently of her. Vicky was willing to help with recommendations and advice on properties in different areas when they weren’t even listed with her company. We appreciated this as we are unfamiliar with the area.
